At The Bridge, leadership is a shared responsibility rooted in prayer, wisdom, and a commitment to following Jesus. Our leaders serve the church in different ways, working together to provide spiritual guidance, strategic direction, and faithful stewardship as we pursue our mission of helping people connect, grow, and serve. This flows naturally into the three sections:
Ad Board: The Administrative Board clarifies the mission and vision of The Bridge and sets its yearly priorities. The Board also oversees the Lead Pastor, weighs in on major decisions, and recommends the annual budget.
Elders: Elders are responsible for the spiritual oversight of the congregation. They assist with pastoral care and discipleship while overseeing the sacraments.
Deacons: Deacons lead the church in mission and stewardship. They oversee our ministry partnerships and benevolence giving, helping ensure we faithfully care for our church, our community, and the world around us.
